1. Who We Are 

This Privacy Policy explains how Eugene Bleecker, 108 Performance, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and share information when you visit eugenebleecker.com and when you purchase or participate in paid consulting calls or related services offered in Tennessee and the United States (the “Services”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services. 

2. Information We Collect 

Information you provide: name, email, phone, time zone, booking notes, company/role (optional), and messages you send to us. Payment details are handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe or similar); we receive limited information (payment status, last four digits, tokens). 

Information collected automatically: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, approximate location; cookies/pixels for authentication, preferences, analytics, and marketing measurement. 
Information from third parties: booking tools (e.g., Calendly/SavvyCal/Acuity), meeting tools (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet/phone), analytics/ads platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta), email/SMS tools, and payment processors. 

3. How We Use Information 

  • Provide and improve the Services: schedule calls, send confirmations/reminders, host meetings, process payments, improve the site and Services. 
  • Communicate: service messages, receipts, support, and (if you opt in) marketing; you can unsubscribe anytime. 
  • Safety and compliance: detect abuse, enforce policies, comply with law, and protect rights. 
  • With consent: any other purpose you authorize.

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, including accounting and legal requirements. Coaching notes may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable period unless we must retain them.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data’s sensitivity. No system is 100% secure; please protect your credentials and devices. 

8. Children 

The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can delete it.

Some features may not work without certain cookies. Providers like Google Analytics may collect/receive information to evaluate usage and help us improve.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link. If SMS is used: Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Transactional/service messages may still be sent. 

11. International Transfers 

Primary processing occurs in the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers. 

12. Your Rights

US state privacy rights (e.g., CA/CO/CT/UT/VA): Request to know/access, correct, delete, opt out of targeted advertising or “sharing,” and appeal a decision. We will not discriminate for exercising rights. 
EEA/UK/Switzerland: Access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port, and withdraw consent (without affecting prior processing). You can lodge a complaint with your local authority.
